90:1 （神人摩西的祈祷）主阿，你世世代代作我们的居所。
Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
90:2 诸山未曾生出，地与世界你未曾造成，从亘古到永远，你是神。
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
90:3 你使人归于尘土，说，你们世人要归回。
Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
90:4 在你看来，千年如已过的昨日，又如夜间的一更。
For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
90:5 你教他们如水冲去。他们如睡一觉。早晨他们如生长的草。
Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
90:6 早晨发芽生长，晚上割下枯乾。
In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
90:7 我们因你的怒气而消灭，因你的忿怒而惊惶。
For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
90:8 你将我们的罪孽摆在你面前，将我们的隐恶摆在你面光之中。
Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
90:9 我们经过的日子，都在你震怒之下。我们度尽的年岁好像一声叹息。
For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
90:10 我们一生的年日是七十岁。若是强壮可到八十岁。但其中所矜夸的，不过是劳苦愁烦。转眼成空，我们便如飞而去。
The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
90:11 谁晓得你怒气的权势，谁按着你该受的敬畏晓得你的忿怒呢。
Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
90:12 求你指教我们怎样数算自己的日子，好叫我们得着智慧的心。
So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
90:13 耶和华阿，我们要等到几时呢。求你转回，为你的仆人后悔。
Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
90:14 求你使我们早早饱得你的慈爱，好叫我们一生一世欢呼喜乐。
O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
90:15 求你照着你使我们受苦的日子，和我们遭难的年岁，叫我们喜乐。
Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
90:16 愿你的作为向你仆人显现。愿你的荣耀向他们子孙显明。
Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
90:17 愿主我们神的荣美，归与我们身上。愿你坚立我们手所作的工。我们手所作的工，愿你坚立。
And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
诗篇90参考
物理学中讲，时间也是相对的，理论上能接受，实际上嘛……
90:4 神不受时间的限制。摩西提醒我们说天上主一日，地上人千年。岁月消逝而世界又毫无改变，我们很容易灰心。有时候我们还怀疑神能不能看到将来。但不要认为神会受我们的限制，神是不受时间限制的，神是永远的，所以我们能依靠神。
神知道我们所有的罪，这太可怕了……
90:8 神知道我们犯的所有罪，就好像我们是在神面前犯的似的，再隐秘的罪神也知道。我们不需要隐藏我们的罪，因为我们可以公开而诚实地同神讲话。神知道我们所有可怕的情况的时候，仍旧会爱我们并赦免我们。这应该是鼓励我们来到神的面前，而不是使我们害怕而掩盖我们的罪。
数算自己的日子？还早吧……
90:12 明白生命的短暂能帮助我们聪明地使用这不多的时间做些有永恒意义的事。花点时间一边数你的日子一边问：“在离世之前我要看见甚么事情发生呢？我今天朝那个目标迈进了一小步了吗？”
我们今天的工作和神永恒的计划有关系吗？
90:17 因为我们的日子屈指可数，所以我们希望自己的工作算数，有效和有成果。我们希望通过自己的工作看到神永恒的计划和荣耀。如果我们对今生今世不满，并抱怨一切不好的地方，请记住我们要看到工作成就的这种愿望是神放在我们心中的（参传3:11的注释），但是我们的愿望只能在永恒中实现。在那以前，我们必须将自己摆上事奉神，爱神。
