32:1 （大卫的训诲诗）得赦免其过，遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的。
Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
32:2 凡心里没有诡诈，耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的。
Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
32:3 我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼，而骨头枯乾。
When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
32:4 黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重。我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的乾旱。（细拉）
For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
32:5 我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说，我要向耶和华承认我的过犯，你就赦免我的罪。（细拉）
I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
32:6 为此，凡虔诚人，都当趁你可寻梢的时候祷告你。大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。
For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
32:7 你是我藏身之处。你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌，四面环绕我。（细拉）
Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
32:8 我要教导你，指示你当行的路。我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
32:9 你不可像那无知的骡马，必用嚼环辔头勒住他，不然，就不能顺服。
Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
32:10 恶人必多受苦楚。唯独倚靠耶和华的，必有慈爱四面环绕他。
Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
32:11 你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐。你们心里正直的人，都当欢呼。
Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.

训诲诗是用来教训人的诗吗？
32篇诗题 “训悔诗”是个术语，也许是说诗的目的在于使人得智慧或精明，提高人的生存能力或成功机会。
得神赦免的心，真是乐得无比！
32篇 结合第51篇来读本篇就会发现：两者都是悔罪诗。大卫在这里表达了被神赦免的欢乐。神已经赦免了他对拔示巴和乌利亚所犯的罪（参撒下11-12）。这是另外一首悔罪（悔改）诗，作者向神认了罪。
得赦其罪，真是有福！我是有福的人？我是吗？我罪如何获赦？
32:1-2 神愿意赦免罪人。赦罪是神慈爱性格的一部分。神向摩西宣告了赦罪（参出34:7），向大卫启示了赦罪；神又通过耶稣基督戏剧性地向世界显明了赦罪。这些经节揭示了神赦罪的几个方面：赦免罪，遮盖罪，不数算我们的罪。保罗在罗马书4章7至8节中引用了这些经节，阐明了我们通过相信基督就可以得到这样的赦免。
基督徒都说人有罪，要认罪，但只说我认罪就可以了吗？
32:5 甚么是认罪？认罪就是我们认同神，认识到神正确地宣告了我们所做的是罪，我们有犯罪的欲望或犯了罪，是错误的。这就坚定了我们弃绝罪恶的决心，更有信心地跟随神。
神要指示我当行的路，我要神指示吗？我真心要吗？
32:8-9 神把一些人描述为马和骡子，是因为他们非得用嚼子和辔头来控制不行。他们不要神对他们的一步步带领，宁可顽固地离开他们惟一正确的选择。神要使用他们的话，就必然要管教和惩罚他们。神引导我们的时候，渴望用的是慈爱和智慧而不是惩罚。神要指给我们最好的道路。写在神的话语中的劝勉我们要接受，不要让我们的顽固导致我们不顺服神。
