3:1 先知哈巴谷的祷告，调用流离歌。

3:2 耶和华阿，我听见你的名声（或作言语），就惧怕。耶和华阿，求你在这些年间复兴你的作为，在这些年间显明出来，在发怒的时候，以怜悯为念。
O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
3:3 神从毯螅而来，圣者从巴兰山临到。（细拉）他的荣光遮蔽诸天，颂赞充满大地。
God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.
3:4 他的辉煌如同日光。从他手里射出光线。在其中藏着他的能力。
And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.
3:5 在他前面有瘟疫流行，在他脚下有热症发出。
Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet.
3:6 他站立，量了大地（或作使地震动），观看，赶散万民。永久的山崩裂，长存的岭塌陷。他的作为与古时一样。
He stood, and measured the earth: he beheld, and drove asunder the nations; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow: his ways are everlasting.
3:7 我见古珊的帐棚遭难，米甸的幔子战兢。
I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction: and the curtains of the land of Midian did tremble.
3:8 耶和华阿，你乘在马上，坐在得胜的车上，岂是不喜悦江河，向江河发怒气，向洋海发愤恨吗。
Was the LORD displeased against the rivers? was thine anger against the rivers? was thy wrath against the sea, that thou didst ride upon thine horses and thy chariots of salvation?
3:9 你的弓全然显露。向众支派所起的誓，都是可信的。（细拉）你以江河分开大地。
Thy bow was made quite naked, according to the oaths of the tribes, even thy word. Selah. Thou didst cleave the earth with rivers.
3:10 山岭见你，无不战惧。大水泛滥过去，深渊发声，汹涌翻腾。（原文作向上举手）。
The mountains saw thee, and they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, and lifted up his hands on high.
3:11 因你的箭射出发光，你的枪闪出光耀，日月都在本宫停住。
The sun and moon stood still in their habitation: at the light of thine arrows they went, and at the shining of thy glittering spear.
3:12 你发愤恨通行大地。发怒气责打列国，如同打粮。
Thou didst march through the land in indignation, thou didst thresh the heathen in anger.
3:13 你出来要拯救你的百姓，拯救你的受膏者，打破恶人家长的头。露出他的脚，（脚原文是根基），直到颈项。（细拉）
Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, even for salvation with thine anointed; thou woundedst the head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck. Selah.
3:14 你用敌人的戈矛刺透他战士的头。他们来如旋风，要将我们分散。他们所喜爱的，是暗中吞吃贫民。
Thou didst strike through with his staves the head of his villages: they came out as a whirlwind to scatter me: their rejoicing was as to devour the poor secretly.
3:15 你乘马践踏红海，就是践踏汹涌的大水。
Thou didst walk through the sea with thine horses, through the heap of great waters.
3:16 我听见耶和华的声音，身体战兢，嘴唇发颤，骨中朽烂。我在所立之处战兢。我只可安静等候灾难之日临到，犯境之民上来。
When I heard, my belly trembled; my lips quivered at the voice: rottenness entered into my bones, and I trembled in myself, that I might rest in the day of trouble: when he cometh up unto the people, he will invade them with his troops.
3:17 虽然无花果树不发旺，葡萄树不结果，橄榄树也不效力，田地不出粮食，圈中绝了羊，棚内也没有牛。
Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
3:18 然而我要因耶和华欢欣，因救我的神喜乐。
Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
3:19 主耶和华是我的力量。他使我的脚快如母鹿的蹄。又使我稳行在高处。这歌交与伶长，用丝弦的乐器。
The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.
哈巴谷书3参考
哈巴谷听得见神说话，我和他的差距所在──
3章 哈巴谷感谢神对他在上一章所提疑问的答覆：罪恶不会长久得胜，因为神仍然掌权。我们可以完全相信，他终必为对他忠心耿耿的人申辩，但我们必须静心等候神施行他的作为（3:16）。
我求神怜悯多，求神管教嘛……
3:2 哈巴谷知道神会管教犹大人，并知道受管教的过程必是极不好受的。不过他仍然接受神的旨意，只是求他帮助，赐下怜悯。哈巴谷没有求神停止管教，而是凭信心接受犹大人需受管教这事实。今天，神依然会管教他所爱的人，为的是要带他们到自己那里去（参来12:5-6）。让我们欢喜快乐地接受他的管教，并求他帮助我们改变自己。
“细拉”的意思是……
3:3 ”细拉“一词在诗篇中出现七十一次，在本书用了三次，意义虽然不详，但很可能是音乐用语，或指举手扬声，或是表达赞叹，如”阿们”或”哈利路亚”等，表达对某段经文的认同。
回顾神行的奇迹，我想到的是──
3:3-16 哈巴谷在这几节描绘神带领以色列人出埃及的奇妙经过（参出14:1-31）。但神大而可畏的能力并不只限于创造戏剧性的奇迹，他也会用这能力来秉行公平公义。单单被神的能力慑服是不够的，我们还需要他的管教，才能学会怎样顺服，怎样为他而活。
遇到灾难不沮丧已属不易，还要欢欣，好像难以做到……
3:17-19 五谷失收，牲口死亡，都会令犹大国荒凉。虽然哈巴谷面对饥荒，但仍肯定地说他会以神为乐。他的感受并没有受周围所发生的事困扰，只相信神会赐他力量去面对一切。同样，每当困难多得好像难以忍受、事事都不如意时，要记住神必定会赐你力量。不要把眼睛盯在诸般困难上，要把目光放在神的身上。
“稳行如母鹿”，神，求你也让我如此行──
3:19 神会赐信徒坚定的信心渡过困境。他们必如母鹿奔过高低不平的险地。在适当的时候，神会秉行公义，把世上的罪恶势力彻底消灭。在这好日子未到以前，神的子民需要依靠圣灵的能力而活，也要相信神最终必会胜过罪恶。
“这歌交与伶长，用丝弦的乐器”是……
3:19 这段给乐师的备注，乃为方便经文在圣殿敬拜时以诗歌形式唱出来。
好人会受苦吗？会永远受苦吗？
3:19 哈巴谷问神为甚么恶人当道，好人受苦。神的答覆是：好人不会永远受苦。先知看到自己的局限性，也看到神有无限能力来掌管世上万事。他永远活著，掌管世界和天下万物。神现今的作为，并他将要成就的大事，我们都无法完全参透。但我们可以确信他是神，他永不会错。知道这一点，我们大可充满信心和盼望，在这个纷乱的世界上安然生活。
